If the attorney general is not taking any specific actions again
If the attorney general is not taking any specific actions against NCA, your complaint won't show up. Maybe, they need more number of consumer complaints before contacting NCA. You should write one more letter to the AG discussing about your problems with the company and request some actions to be taken immediately. Keep sending the letter until your problem is resolved.

To find out there are groups that regulate them go to their state home page and start from there.It would also work on your own state. Lastly check to see who regulates licensing of them both in your and their state.File complaint with this licensing agency. When enough rocks fall on their head,you will probably get your desired response. :mrgreen:
