Okay I took a loan out with One Click Cash and due to financial difficluties we are filing bankruptcy. I've posted in another post a couple of weeks ago under guest. Anyway, I put a stop payment on it two weeks ago and today I wake up to find that they have sent an electronic check through my account for $400.00 and that has me overdrawn really bad. My question is I have by kentucky laws paid them in full and now they have done this. I called the bank and they can't do a stop payment on it because of it being a check. What can I do? I called the number on the check and they said they would have someone to call me back and they haven't. So has anyone went through this? I thought I was finally getting on track and now I fell like I am back in a hole. Between me and my husband we have several payday loans and I feel overwhelmed. Last week I dealt with Bass and Associates with the help of you guys. I have looked back on all of my bank statements and realized that by Kentucky Laws I have over paid every loan we have any suggestions?

That you had to take a loan is not the issue, the issue now is ending the nightmare. Payday loan companies will continue taking fees and payments until you pay in full. If you have truly paid them in full per your contract then you need to close your account, contact your attorney generals office and file a claim. There are letters in this forum with the information you will need to collect a refund based on your states laws. It is a painful long process and until you close your account this will go on and on. Contact the other payday loan companies and let them know you need to close your account due to theft. Ask them for a courtsey weekly skip until you get it straight. Good luck and stay strong!

I have over paid several by 100's of dollars according to the Kentucky laws. I didn't realize until I got on here that they were illegal in this state. I am not trying to get out of paying them what I owe, but I wish I would have known that I was being taken by paying $75.00 and $60.00 to them every two weeks and some every week. That adds up. I wish I could go back and redo it, but I can't and now this will make me stronger.

mannictay, it is amazing what you can learn on these forums, I too wish I had known about this website a long many years ago. I am due thousands and thousands of dollars since I have been using payday loans over 4 years.........I just recently heard on the news they were illegal in my state which brought me here.
Hang in there, search withing this website for refund letters and get the ball rolling. Like I said it will take some time, took me 3 months for my 1st refund. Don't let the calls bother you, also email the same letter you will be sending and insist you not be contacted at the job. If you used your job supervisor as contact you may need to talk to that person and explain. Some of the paday loan tactics are just plain insulting but you can rise above the mess and become eventulally debt free.!

Who are these people. I never gave them permission to give or take any money from my account, and NOW I cant get them to stop. After spending hours on line I finally found a number for them. Everyone there gave me the run around. I was hung up on again and again When I finally got threw I was told that their phone lines hang up on their own if your placed on hold for a long time. When I asked them to send me something in writting they responed by telling me they couldn't because their a paperless company. They said they would send something to me via email HEY RIGHT that never happen either. Finally I had to close my account to prevent them from taking any more money. AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i just got a email from one click cash saying and i quote " your account with oneclickcash remains delinquent. we have previously notified you of this situation, with no positive results. please contact us immediately to make payment arrangements. surely, your continued good credit standing with our company is important to you. prompt payment of your account will enable you to once again take advantage of our short-term laon program"
hahahhaha how sweet of them to let me use their program again...i wrote them an email and told them of the payment arangement and also let them know to now call my work and such..i will be sending thema certified letter in the mail as well.

I wonder if I will hear from One Click Cash now that my credit union has given me back the $80 that they debited that I disputed? I have sent them numerous e-mails and faxed a letter today requesting a reply to my PIF request and refund request. I have heard nothing and had given them a deadline on today to respond. So does this mean my bank has reversed the charges back to them (I hope so) because maybe now I will have their attention and get a response. We'll see. I also sent the same letter/e-mails for PIF to UCL but have not heard anything either.
