ok here is the deal: I live in nj have two credit cards total of 10,000.00. I was doing ok untill I lost my job after going back to school and getting back on track. Alway paying on time but just the mim get to be a little depressing and now I am making less money so it is hard for me to get them paid off. I'm a renter and have made my very own budget that I stick to. but how do I get rid of this debt without getting a sec job due to the fact that I'm going to school pt and I'm a single parent so weekends our out

Well if you sign up with this forum, a debt specilaist will contact you and you can discuss your options with them...I found that through debt managemnt, they can work out small monthly payments that most creditors will accept...For example I am in debt about 1200(just from credit cards) and all I pay to my debt mangmt is 162 a month...versus the 657 i was paying out just to make the minimums...they also took off a lot of my late fees and lowerd my apr%

Try to work out on raising your income so that you don't have any problems in paying under a debt management plan. The payments will be framed according to your present situation. If you can manage some extra earning, you will be able to carry on with other necessary expenses. Speak with a debt counselor about your options. Maybe, a debt settlement program will be a good choice if you are unable to consolidate.
