i need to eliminate my payday loans

Well, if you have the money to go ahead and pay them off, then contact the companies and make arrangments to do so...if not they will probably go to collections with in a week or two of default

If you list the state you are from and list the companies, please indicate whether they are storefront or internet. Also list how much you borrowed and how much you have paid back so far. Someone will come along and help you out. Please register on the forum, there is a bunch of friendly folks here that were once in the same boat as you that are willing to help you out.

i have 10 outstanding payday loans and things are getting worse. can anyone help? ive never turned my back on any obligation.

WI has pretty lenient laws regarding PDLs. Who's the loan through? Did you give them an actual check?

I have a $500 pdl from an internet and everytime I make a payment I can only pay enough to cover the interest. Ive paid almost $1000. Does anyone know how I can get out of it. I live in Indiana
