If you did the signup with counselor option,a counselor will contact you to go over your options.

Here are the options on which the counselor will be discussing with you in the debt management program. Get a piece of paper and calculate all your income and expenses. Figure out the plan that will be most suitable in your repayments and save some money for your other necessary expenses outside the program

flaffy ~ welcome to the forum. As cajun said, if you signed up and you elected to have a counselor contact you, one will. While on this forum, you can get support and encouragment and people can help answer any other questions you may have. We have all been there, so do not feel ashamed or embarrassed over your debt. People here are either still in the same boat or have been in the same boat and are finally out, but everyone can help you along the way.
