T&C & Address help

My life has changed so much since I came here last week: I have signed up with Town & Country to manage my open payday loans, I have started drafting letters to those PDL companies that I have already paid off in order to try to get a refund, I have started drafting letters to the attorney general in PA to complain, and I have work with two MARVELOUS ladies as my bank to close my account, and fillout forms to ENSURE that no ACH credites go through the closed account. I am still dealing with some calls, but now I refer them as politely as I can to T&C. I feel SO MUCH BETTER!

I will be glad to keep you all up to date on T&C as I progress. So far, they have been super nice and responsive to me.

I could use a little bit more help: I need the addresses of the following PDL companies if anyone has them. I have checked out the new list that is being compiled on "thehub.yesdebtfree.org" but these are not there yet. Does anyone have them? I can't find them anywhere!

MTE Financial (Instant Loan Til Payday)

I don't think that Check N Go loans out of the storefronts anymore, thoguh I think some are still open for accepting payments. Mine was online.

I actually found two of the addresses I was seeking (called them directly and just asked for them - duh, why didn't I think of that before???) so here they are in case anyone wants to add them to the list being compiled:

I could still use some help for MTE Financial (are they the same as "RIO Resources"?) and EPAY. I do nto even have a number for Epay - I don't even remember taking out that loan! I guess they will be contatcing me when they don't get paid.


I do feel SO much better. But I won't be able to rest easy until I am 100% positive that nothing gets through my closed bank account. My bank manager has been WONDERFUL and had me fill out forms revoking authorization on all ACHs from the PDL companies right there at the bank, in ADDITION to closing the account, but I have read too many horror stories to breathe a sigh of relief just yet.

Here is the one for MTE. They are the same as Rio Resources. Many people have posted their complaints against this company because of the unauthorized debits done by this loan company. Request your bank to keep you informed about any suspicious activity from MTE. I hope your bank remains helpful and does not let MTE through.
