Then you need to dispute the item with the credit reporting agen
Then you need to dispute the item with the credit reporting agency. They will verify it with the company.
Or you could try and reach the company that reported the item. They may be able to give you more information. It could be that someone opened an accoutn fraudulantly in your name, or it could just be a mistake.
