if you go back to that website paydayloaninfo.com and click on OH at the end of that page there is a link and it re routes you to another site where you can put in the business names...Good luck, I have yet to find one that is liscensed in OH :)

Ah, thanks Leah.....I see it now-"Licensee Database!!!" I knew I was overlooking it somewhere. I just wish these people would own up to their illegality (is that a word?)

well legality is so I suppose illegality should be as well...and yes they should! Or at least have the guts to back down when we finally realize our rights and gain knowledge of the laws :)

Yep, and I think that is the case with The Loan Shop. They didn't hesitate to settle with me once I made them aware that I knew the laws.

I am going to drive out to my parents house this weekend to see if I have had any responses yet...Probably be a another week since I sent them all snail mail...If i dont hear soon then I will start sending faxes and emails...

The only one that hasn't responded to me yet is One Step Cash. Wonder if that is because I overpaid them and don't owe them a cent????

Thanks, Steelers. I don't know why I got so brain dead when I tried looking this stuff up. Maybe I am just overly paranoid but I am trying to be cautious.
