Need help with looking at credit report

Ok i'm looking at all the credit cards that were charged off but nothing is listed about collection agencies that have these accounts.
Under status it says things like : Account charged off/Past due 150 days
what should I specifically be looking for?

It looks like the collection company has not yet reported in you
It looks like the collection company has not yet reported in your credit, but they will if they are authorized for collecting on behalf of your creditor.
You should make prior arrangements with the collector and clear off the debts if you have confirmed your file is with them. You will prevent your scores from going down. Collection items are serious derogatory remarks. You can also try some arrangements with the creditors directly.
