Need help with USA FEES

O.k. here's my history. I borrowed $300 from USA Fees in January. I have since been paying only the finance fees of $90 since then. Rollovers are not even allowed in Texas where I reside so they are in the wrong there. Total paid to them is $270. I wrote them a letter explaining that there were in the wrong for lending in the state of Texas where they are not even a licensed lender and that I was willing to settle with them for the remaining $30 that I owe to pay the $300 back in full. I have been in email contact with "john" which I am going to post his responses to me. I need help writing him back so everyone who has experience dealing with these types, please help:




classic case of pdl's. As in my case I too have sent letters and received comments and calls. Stick to the laws of your state. File another complaint with the AG of Texas, keep all correspondence from them. Call them and ask for the enforcement division, explain you are being harassed. If you haven't already done so, close your account that they had access to. If you are getting calls at work, request a cease calls at the office. If they violate that you can also file a complaint with the FCC.
