Relax, this is a scare tactic that they are using. Supposedly E/C has been suspended from collection activity for 90 days from June 1. My suggestion is to send them a cease and desist letter (There are examples on this website) to this address:

Make sure that the letter is certified. Also, I would suggest that turn this over to a debt settlement company that works with Pay Day loan companies and let them work on this for you. If you fill out the free consultation form on this website. Someone from a debt consolidation company will put in contact with you. From there you can get this situation solved for not a lot of money. The rates for these firms are very reasonable and most work on contingency.

Dont get stressed over this. They cant arrest you, you didnt committ bank or internet fraud either. I am trying to get some Pay Day loans settled and one threatened to garnish my wages, which they cant do without a court order.
