nls payday 12?

This question may have been asked, but I have recently had two withdrawls from my accout for a total of $250 from nls payday 12. I can't tell from my documentation who this is, as I have 5 current loans, and I am trying desperately to get out from under this mess. Can anyone help me?

Did you ask your bank to put the charges on dispute with the company? If you are sure that this is an unauthorized transaction, your bank will be able to revert the charges.
