Any Contact Info for Prelegal at First National?

Just received threats for criminal prosecution from Gena Lopez of Prelegal at First National. She DID NOT identify herself with Prelitigations/Bass, whom I have dealt with in the past. However, the call was very similar as far as the threats, the ghetto-ish nature of the caller, and the refusal to dole out their phone number.
Is this just the new name for Prelitigations? Anyone have contact info on Preglegal?

Sounds to me that MS Lopez is the one who should be facing criminal prosecution....Did you try looking them up on the internet? Start recording the phone calls if you can do that secretly in your state. You should get a strong legal case against them on fdcpa violations. Make a note of all the calls with date and time and the person spoke to. This will come handy when filing a legal case. Speak with an attorney who deals with lawsuits on FDCPA violations.
