Checking with the BBB on Midland Credit Management

I went on the BBB of CA and saw that they have 181 complaints against them? Would someone check to see if I'm correct...That just blows my mind. Bass and Associates are slowly catching up with them!

If you have already asked them to validate the account and they haven't given you any information and continue to report in your credit file, get them removed from there. It is illegal for any company to do unauthorized reporting and after failing to validate the debt.
