I need help BADLY!!!!

I'm glad you've decided to change your life around!! Can you please be more specific about the collectors that are calling you? Are they for defaulted internet payday loans? If so, what collectors are calling you and what payday lenders are you dealing with?

Im not really sure. I always tell my children when they answer the phone now to tell anyone they don't know that Im not home. I don't open any letters in the mail that look like their from a collection agency, and I changed my email address. I can't stand dealing with these people.

At this point, I think your biggest concern needs to be how to get out of this situation, rather than how to sue the collectors for their threats.

Have you checked into debt consolidation or settlement? If you go that route, you will need to have some sort of income for them to work with to pay your bills.

Changing your address, e-mail address, phone number, not opening the mail, etc., will only delay the inevitable. The collectors will find you eventually, through skip-tracing. They will hound you until they get their money. Now is a good time to take the bull by the horns, so to speak, and take charge of your life and turn things around for yourself and your children before one of those unopened envelopes turns out to be court papers from one of the unpaid creditors. Some of the payday lenders ARE LEGAL, and they will pursue you using legal methods, which could end up causing you quite a bit of grief, to say the least.

I'm not trying to upset you or make you feel badly about your situation - I'm just trying to speak the truth about the circumstances you find yourself in. You're not in a good spot right now, but it's not impossible to get out of, with some work and a strong focus on your family's best interests.

So sorry to hear about your situation, but am very glad that you quit doing what you were doing. You have came to a wonderful site and there are many people here that can help you by pointing you in the right direction to get out of your circumstances. Keep you faith up that things will get better and they will. Here you will find help, encouragment and support. Sometimes maybe even a little tough love, per say, but it is all good. Do some reading through the forum and what this site is about and you will find a world of knowledge and a few pleasant surprises.

Guest, reading your last post, I hope that you are not considering going back to doing what you were doing. There are other jobs out there and if you do not make enough, you might qualify for some type of assistance. A few things to look into, but please do not consider going back to other things.

Guest---I would also advise against letting your children even answer the telephone, if they are being subjected to the abuse you stated. They do NOT need to hear that about foster homes, etc.. Children worry about things like that and shouldn't have to.

Please work on finding other employment rather than selling yourself. Be a role-model for your children and show them how you are strong and can pick yourself up and go forward on your own two feet. Then when they become adults and possibly run into difficulties they will have you as a positive example of how to turn things around. Good Luck.

Sorry to hear about your situation...I am glad that you are trying to turn things around for yourself but the best thing to do would be to deal with these debts and not let this situation spiral more out of control....I don't enjoy dealing with collectors myself but eventually it will catch up with you

I do not want to go back to selling my body but its the only thing I know how to do. Im not going to get a job at McDonalds making 7 dollars an hour. I can make 3 times that in 10 minutes. There is not really a choice if I want to keep my kids.

Guest, take the initiative and contact the lenders. Let them know that you don't have the money, but are willing to set up monthly payment arrangements.

Also, please go to a local free clinic and get tested for sexually transmitted diseases,included HIV. You must take care of yourself, otherwise, you won't be any good to anyone.

I felt so badly about my situation before I came to this forum and found the support and information that I needed to lift me out of the payday cycle. It will take time, but it can be done.

And never, never allow yourself to be disrespected again. Your body is a precious gift, not something to be shared with just anyone.

First of all to the people that were trying to actually help me thank you. I called all of my PDL places yesterday and almost all of them are willing to work with me except for two. I will pay those two off after I get off work tomorrow. The rest told me that I can pay them 50 dollars a month with no interest.
To the rest of you white devils out there, I do my best to keep my family afloat. When I call my husbands mistress a **** I call her that because she knows he is married and still continues to sleep with him. When I am with clients, I dont ask if they are married. If they told me they were I wouldnt continue to service them.
Also, I dont have any other choice but to sleep with men for their money. Like I said I have no other skills and the men are the biggest suckers on the planet. I would say that I can get money from them 50% of the time without even sleeping with them.

I find it a little strange that you would bash your husband, yet involve yourself sexually outside your marriage.

However, that is the only statement I will make on it, and I will ask for an apology for judging you. Ok - let's get you back financially and personally. Using yourself in the manner you have is destructive on more levels then you will ever know. If you children come home saying what they hear about you, it's only going to get worse for them. Then let's factor in all the physically dangerous activity you are involved. It will all come crashing down one day - I fear you won't be strong enough to survive.

Think of it this way - would you want your children to earn money in the same manner you do? Cuz you were not suddenly formed. You are someone's child, and your parents would feel horrible for where you have taken your life.

Buckle down and take the job you can get. You might be surprised what you can accomplish, and how quickly your finances can improve. And you and your husband must get on the same track. Living your lives as you both are is a crime against yourselves.

I agree with Steelers - go to the job and family service department in you state - they always have work study programs that teach you a trade, pay you and provide you with childcare, food stamps and medical. Secondly -why would you stay with a man who is with strangers every weekend, spending money while his family (children) are in need? This is a very warped thing to do.

I echo what Jeff has stated above. If you realize that you are in a bad financial situation, then you should be able to see that the emotional/physical situation you are in is even more destructive.

Your children look to you their parent as the guiding force of their life. Children will model the behavior of those around them, making it extremely important that you are providing a good role model. I don't believe that you would want your children to follow your lead as a ****. You are providing a good example, by trying to correct your financial situation and getting rid of the PDLs. Do your family a favor and begin to change the rest. Making alot of money should not be a factor in raising your children.

When my grandson gets out of 8th grade Duke University is supposed to give us 10 thousand dollars. Thats how good my granson Anquian is at basketball. When he is in the NBA Ill be able to hold my nose up at all you know it alls. I would never think twice about giving any of you people money. I will be a millionaire and you'll still be borrowing 200 dollars a week.

If this person is talking about Duke Univeristy in NC, I am sure if someone gives an 8th grader 10,000 when he graduates 8th grade, it will be known.

I at first thought this was someone wanting help, but from the posts they are making, it now almost sounds like they are "proud" of what they are doing, if in fact these are legitimate posts. If these posts are legit, then it seems like this is a case of calling pot calling the kettle black. Complain about the husband doing things and then do something that is just as bad. Guess it takes all kinds.

If he gets caught, which they assured us he won't he'll just go right to the NBA. We have been offered over ten thousand, but when he signs the letter to officially play at Duke, we get a house too. Wake up people do you really think that he is going to play somewhere for free. A big rival of Duke offered us 50 thousand and a new lexus to him when he turns 18. We turned them down. Although they did have pay for a painter to paint our house.

This person comes on here asking for help, complaining about her husband spending his money on ****se and such and says how ashamed she is of having to sell herself to make ends meet and then turns around and "Brags" about doing it, to me this isn't a person wanting help. This is someone who is dilusional and is trying to make themselves look better than anyone else, which they are not. I have to say that being paid for **** is nothing to brag about and just because someone is paying you for **** doesn't mean you are "all that". A lot of times no one cares what the **** looks like as long as they are satisfied, so.....Seems to me there might be more to this story that what this person is saying, providing any of it is true. If you honestly and truly want help, there are many places you can go that will help you. You can get assistance, get a real job, etc. Yeah, things might be tight, but at least if you had a real job, it would be legit and legal. It would actually be something you could be proud of and hold your head high and show you children and grandchildren that a little honest hard work pays off in the end instead of trying to take the easy way out. One of these days no one is going to want to pay for your services and not to mention all the diseases that are out there that could take can make you very ill and then where will you be? Where will those kids be? Don't count your chickens before they hatch, as far as your grandson is concerned. And you need to remember, tha if what you say is true, it isn't our money it is his. You have no right to take it from him for your own use. It should be put back for him for when he is older. Using those kids and doing what you are doing, well, you should be ashamed.
