Hi Folks,
I pulled a credit report and am in the process of cleaning up the loose ends. I have an open acount listed as follows..BAC/FLEET-BKCARD
200 Tournament Dr.
Horsham, PA 19044
No phone number supplied. I tried a few avenues (reverse address lookup etc.) and can't come up with a phone number. Also the lookup turned up companies @ 100 and 300 Tournament Dr., but nothing for 200. Can anyone help with this?
many thanks,
joe

Call Bank of America :) and not fleet. Just ask to get transfered to their fleet department

This card showed up on my credit report as open. I had closed it in 2000. I called Bank of America 1-800-537-3777 number. The person was very nice and closed the account. He also notified three credit agencies for me and is sending a letter stating this account is closed for my records. Bank of America did buy FLEET accounts. Hope this helps someone.

Bank of America is behaving completely irresponsibly in the matters recounted above as well as in my own case. My Experian credit report lists a BAC/Fleet account as being "in dispute" even though I have no account with BAC/Fleet. But when I called Bank of America, they said they could do nothing about it because I did not have an account number (no surprise, because I do not have an account with them) and because they do not have my social security number in their files. Pathetic and irresponsible!
