I am about $20,000 or so unsecured debt and can't answer phone any more. paying both my wife's paycheck plus my disability retirement check and have refinanced 2x and credit is poor no money to spend on ourselves. waiting to collect checks and die

Welcome to the Community :D I know you don't see it now, but there is more to life than that, I promise! You have come to the right place for help with your debts. Since you have registered, someone will contact you shortly and discuss options you may have, such as debt consolidation. You can put all your unsecured debts into one monthly payment, with lower interest. There is aslo a Do it Yourself section, to the side of your screen-under "Our Services", you might want to check out. Feel free to ask questions, and read others posts to see how they are handling debt problems. I don't advocate bankruptcy, but sometimes it is the only way, if you cannot pay. Good Luck..Karen
