Give a shout out to GOOD collection agencies

With all the depressing topics of CA's harassing people, let's think of the CA's who are actually good and follow the law
A couple years ago I defaulted on a student loan because the moronic people at the studen loan clearinghouse kept insisting that I wasn't in school even though I provided proof on numerous times that I was.
Well eventually they got a company by the name of DCS to collect for me. The woman who first contacted me was wonderful, never once calling me a criminal, loser, deadbeat, etc. She offered me a chance to rehabilitate my debt.
Her first question was 'How much can you afford per month?'. When I told her that because of my current situation, I could only afford $50 a month, she happily agreed. Then she explained that once a month my checking account will be debited ONLY $50.
I think the part that set this company above and beyond the others is that every once in a while the collector (I remember her name as Sabrina) called me to explain in detail some paperwork that they will be sending me. She also was genuinely concered about how *I* was doing as a person. She even inquired about lowering the payment if I needed the money.
After 12 consecutive months of paying on time, she called to congratulate me about rehabilitating my loan. She even felt bad that she would no longer be handling my case since it would be returned to the original lender.
But anyways, thats my happy story. Lets hear other people's stories about GOOD experiences with CA's
