I have a Lowe's credit card that I have made minimum payments on for 1 year and havent been able to make payment on for 4 months. I will have access to $2,000 and my obligation to the credit card at this point is $3,500 how do i handle this to see if they would take and settle the debt for that amount?

If you don't get in contact with them or make your payments, they will sue you and file a judgement against you and you don't want that. Do the smart thing and give them a call and work something out. My husband had one for $2000 and we were unable to make payments. They took him to court and filed a judgement against him. In order to keep them from garnishing his wages, we make $50 a month payments to the law firm that represented him. It will take us 2 years to pay it off, and his credit is horrible now.

We were just about to call for an appointment for Lowes to come out to give us an estimate on a fence. Then I stumbled across what seems like alot of complaints. Do you have information on fencing and installation from Lowes??
