I really believe payday loans should be regulated and then smart people wouldn't find themselves in the mess I am now. I have read several of your responses and they have given me the information I need. I was in the same spot and will try some of your suggestions. But does anyone know if there is a way of consolidating them all into one payment. Most credit counseling places say no because they are unsecured loans.

I live in California. I have several cash advances: Magnum Cash Advance
$1100 paid $400; Eprocessing $500 + $150 fees paid fees only today date
$300; AOMMarketing $375 fees paid $500; CRIMarketing $375 paid well over
$700 just in fees; Cash Time $700 plus $168 fees have set up pay down with
them but I would like to consolidate everything into one payment so I could
put an end to this madness. This all came about after my husband suddenly
died and I found myself with one income and a bunch of debt which I still
have but can't pay now because of the fees every two weeks above.
