It started with one payday loan for Christmas, then another and another and another and now I am up to seven of them and I don't even know the total! It is so bad I had to close my checking account and go to another bank because my account got screwed up so bad! I am so looking for a way to get these consolidated and paid off! Help!!!!!

Are these store front of internet loans? The store fronts are usually legal and need to be dealt with first. The internet ones are more than likely illegal, and you may have some leverage there. What state are you in, what companies did you borrow from, how much did you borrow and how much did you pay back (including fees and interest?). If you provide this information, we will be able to help you.

you have made the first step in coming here. You will find alot of helpful advise. You may want to do a search on this sight for the payday loans you have out. I found out that most of mine are illegal in AL That was helpful. I found this website last week and it has helped relive some of the stress
