O.k. - this company was way to easy to work with. I first contacted them via an ACH revocation letter. They honored this and never did try to debit out my account anymore. Then I contacted them to set up payment arrangments when I still thought I owed them money. They were very good at making those arrangements. Upon reading Texas laws and seeing that I had basically paid them off just in the rollover fees I was accumulating every 2 weeks - I wrote them a settlement letter stating that after I paid them $40 I should be considered paid in full. Well that was 3 days ago. I am attaching the email response that I got back from them today - Man, I wish they were all this easy...
