Paychecktoday/ARM

Well i'm dealing with paychecktoday now. I have been getting calls and then when I answer they hang up. So yesterday I called back and the lady that answered the phone told me that they are trying to collect on my PDL through paychecktoday so she put me through to a Ms. White who was handling my account, well when I asked Ms. White about all the hang up's she hung up :evil: So I looked up info on them and I forwarded all the e-mails I sent to paychecktoday (settlement offers that I got no response to) and other things I had to my state DFI. She is sending a letter out to ARM today. ARM says that I owe $810 on a $300 loan. I think not!!!!
Plus I called the OK dept. of consumer credit today and found out that any of the IPDL's that are located in Miami,OK ,ARE on trible land and DO NOT have to be licensed and no state or federal agency can touch them right now. But OK is trying to change that. He told me to call back in about 3 weeks to find out more info about it. So anybody dealing with MTE/Rio good luck and get your state involved!!!
