MTE Financial.......what do I do?
Date: Wed, 03/28/2007 - 07:46
I sent MTE an email regarding my loan. If I pay another 60 I will have the original loan paid off just from the interest charged from them. I sent them an email stating them. I just got a voice mail from them saying that I signed the original loan stating I knew I would have to continue to pay blah blah blah. I let them know in my first email also about me knowing about the "cease and desist from giving loans" given to them by the Oklahoma Board. She said that it didn't have any effect on them because they just have a "mailing address" in Oklahoma and they issue loans out of another state (she did not say which one). So...... pretty much she told me I would have to continue paying the finance fee until my loan was paid off and that they wouldn't settle with me at all. Any suggestions?
