You are not required to pay by western union unless you specifically signed an agreement saying that.I would never pay someone like that because although you have proof of payment,it is almost impossible to tell who got the money on the other end.

A lot of the time they will say they don't accept money orders, but odds are if you send them one they will cash it. Just be sure to send it certified mail so you can track it.
