I have about 6 internet payday loans and
1 store front - the store front is working with me on my terms. 2 of the
internet so far are really giving me trouble. I have 1 with Arrowhead
$200.00 - paid $475.00 and Westbury Ventures still keeps calling me wanting
more money - what can I tell them or send them - from what I have read - I think I way overpaid them.

go to paydayloaninfo.org and look up your state laws
calculate what you owe by your state laws and then see if you still owe them anything if you do not then send them a letter stating this and demand they mark your account paid in full...Also report both of them to your AG This only applies to the internet ones

Be confirmed by knowing your state laws. Leah has mentioned the link above where you can check the laws in your state. Don't make conclusions on assumptions. Check on how many times the loan was renewed, for which the lenders charged a fee. You may still need to pay the principal amount if it wasn't paid.

Verify the laws with your state AG also. He might assist you in dealing with these companies.

I am having trouble reading your message - half of
the message is cut off on the right side of the
page.

I looked up the info for penna.
it states that payday loans are prohibited
small loan rate cap $9.50 per $100 per year or
24% per year.
So - did I overpay Arrowhead, I took a $200. loan and
paid $475. to date.
