I decided to try and fight my pdls on my own without an agency at least for awhile. It appears none are licensed in California and California doesn't allow rollovers. I have paid more than the principle on all except two of them. I told each pdl that I would only respond via email and/or USPS. Only one has responded. I believe it is because I am current on all the loans. I have put a hold on all my ACH withdrawals from my bank. I can't close my account because I am overdrawn. I have been able to take these steps because of all the great info. I received on this site...thank you. I received a voicemail on my cell phone from Sam at GFSIL asking me to call concerning my email. Should I return his call or stick to my request to only be contacted through email or USPS. Any suggestions out there? Talitha

They sure can read when they want to but they rather keep on bothering you at all times of the day!. Hopefully they get tire and stop. I just dont't bother answering the phone when I see on the ID Caller "unknown calle" so they can call all they want.

I have stopped answering all 800, 866 and 877 calls and unknown numbers. I know that they are just going to harass me. Most hang up and leave no message. If they leave a message, then I respond to it via email, as I have asked all my pdls to respond to me only in writing via email or regular mail.

Anyone else getting calls from this guy Hans saying that the police is going to pick me up at my home and my credit with the community is going to be shot.
