hi trophy! Thanks but i already emailed / mailed the letter to them back in January with all that info and did received the PIF atleast. I was doing cartwheels! Now that the AG's office is getting involved two months later..could open another can of "good" worms for me i hope!

Yes, keep pushing on CDE with the help of your AG. I know it will be really a good thing to happen if you have the refund from them. Make sure that all the communications with the company are CC'd to your AG. Good luck
