Payday Loan Hell!!

I freely admit I have gotten myself into a real jam. I had a death in my family and desparately needed to go home. So...I have made the mistake of taking out several pdl's which I have never done before. I am now looking at my bank account which I watch closely and I cannot recognize some of the places now debiting my account. Who is Westbury? Who is Northway Debit and who do they really go too? HELP!!!


Sorry to hear of your loss.
Do you remember the companies you took your loans out with? You can list the names that are listed on your bank statement also then we can try to pinpoint where you can contact them.
I know that one of westbury's dba's is The Loan Shop. I know they have tons of different names.
Also look in your junk e-mail, sometimes they will send you a reminder that your payment is coming due. Plus if you have any of your contracts they should list a number you can call. Then call them and ask what it will say on your bank statement when they take out their payment.

Sorry about your loss.
Northway Debit is "Cash Transfer Centers" a pdl company (not to nice). Do you remember how much you borrowed from Cash Transfer Centers?

So sorry to hear about your loss.

Go through your bank account and list all the ones that show they deposited money into your account, how much they deposited and how much each of them have taken from your account. Also if you could list what state you are in. There is some good advice above, and do continue to read through the forums. There is alot of good information here. But if you can provide the above information, it will help in giving you some direction to go.

Thanks to everyone that replied to my request for help!! It is really great to see that I am not alone in this situation. In reply to those that inquired about who I am dealing with it is as follows:

CashNetUSA - $500.00 I think this maybe the Northway Credit one on my bankstatement. I'm just confused because I see two separate debits for a total of $346.00 each so I'm not positive but maybe???

Ambassador Funding $400.00
Payday One who hit my bank account today for the full amount so that one is paid off.

CMG - which I have received a letter now from Westbury saying they bought this loan and now want to know how I am going to pay for it. I made arrangements already with CMG doesn't that still hold?

OneClick - $300.00 I can't really complain about this one as far as I can see they have been pretty good. They have notified me asking if I wish to pay off or just pay the fees.

That's it!!! Today I see a charge on the account for $49.95 from a everprivatecard.com I have researched this one and evidently they target pdl inquiries about their services and then hit your bank account when you may accidentally miss one of their "advertisements" for services on pdl pages. I have notified them to reverse this.
