I'm looking to settle my Citibank (Zales) card and i'm looking for a good letter stating i'm willing to pay 40-60% of my 1,600 balance. can anyone be of assistance?

Settleing debt

I need to settle my Citibank/Zales account. midland credit management sent me a letter to settle for a certain amount but i thought that the due date was 11-28-2008 and it was 10-28-2008 what can i do about this ??
