Buddy, first of all-immediately contact your payroll department and revoke any voluntary wage assignments. CTC is famous for doing wage assignments. Then send CTC a copy of it by certified mail, fax, and email. Close your bank account also. CTC will continue to try to take money out of your account. State in your letter about wage assignment that you also revoke rights to debit your account. What state are you in? How much did you borrow from them and how much have you paid them so far? I am dealing with them as well and they have contacted my employer to try to get them to turn over my wages to them but my employer basically ignored them.

These people sent a wage assignment to my boss. He asked me aboutit and then calledthem and said they should go through the courts to garnish. He would not honor it. They immediately sent a settlement offer too me as they knew they could not go through the courts because they are not licensed and my State of Florida has a law against salary garnishment. Before I could respond to the settlement with gave a thirty day time allowance. Some woman called me at work. I told her I would pay the settlemnt by money order. She said "they do not accept money orders only Western Union. I asked her for the companies address and she gave me one in Malta. It is going to be difficult to get a revocation letter to Malta before they send a wage assignment to your job. I would go to your payroll and explain your intentions so they don't mistake it for a legal document which it is not. These people are the scum of the earth.
