Sko Brenner American
I have had numerous problems in the past from Companies saying we owe money when we don't. My daughter had a number of old accounts in collection and when she was 19 she did live in our home. She has not since then. If you have had contact with the company they say owes you money, you can send them a letter of validation. It asks for so much information that only if you truly owed the debt could they continue. I sent mine registered mail. It was worth the money to get them off our backs. If in my case it is not my debt but my daughter's, you can send then a cease and desist letter. Fax it or mail it. If you send them the letter they cannot by law contact you anymore. For a copy of the letter I used see this link:DELETED..PM Worked like a charm. Within 2 weeks we received a letter saying they were not able to validate and our account had been removed. If you owe you need to pay but if its a mistake you have options. Just look for them and read up on the topic. Don't be a victim. and never, never, say that you owe or agree to pay until you have researched this completely. Saying you owe can obligate you.
nice try,but no solicitory info including emails not allowed per TOS.laters.
