Who is GEMB/LOWE and how

i have written and sent faxes to your fraud dept, but they do not respond... someone opened a credit card used my personal information as the primary and the theif as the secondary and maintained the credti card w/ out my knowledge i have explained this and sent notarized letters to this company........ i do not appreciate being ignored. i am a victim and demand this matter be corrected.... I have never applied for a credit card with this company...... i had no idea this was going on all correspondence where sent to the criminals post office box. i would like a hand writting expert to see if they can verify the handwriting and the list of transactions............. please get back to me..........
