Me Debt

Hello, I received a 10,000 dollar credit card in college, needless to say I maxed it out along with a couple of smaller cards after years of paying the min. payments which were close to 300 dollars, I gave up I stopped using credit, and I haven't payed them in years. The debt has now been transfered to collection agency's. I also have an arbitration claim against me on a card worth 2755. Its being done by the nat. arbitration forum. Also Cavalry is after me fo 15905.00 though they said they would settle for 10338.64. Financial Recovery services wants 2084.95. Thats is all I know I looked at my credit report but I am having a hard time understanding it. I hope you can help. I like to have them all settled for one super low price. I have spoken to my family and I may be able to get a loan. please help. Paul
