I have been given 48 hours to contact Ameriloan

They are just trying to threaten you and scare you into giving them money...United Cash loans once gave me 24 hours to pay up or the police would be coming to my place of employment to arrest me....

48 hours or they gonna do what! They cannot arrest you and most of them aren't legal enough to set foot in a court room. Steeler is correct,loud mouth with squat to back it up! Basically blowing smoke out of their posterior.

File a complaint with the AG's office, I know when I did and they were contacted about my complaint, they backed off and never contacted me again. I'm a Seinfeld fan also. :D

I also haven't heard from ameriloan lately--and I think the case I filed against them had something to do with it! All I can say is, thank god!!

They are just full of hot air! I would not worry about their threats because that is all they are, threats and nothing more.

Art, I would like to have a dollar for every time I have been threatened by this company. Do as Steelers says and get those complaints in to the Attorney General. It sure never hurts to have them on your side. Best Wishes KYSIDE38
