I believe they are not licensed to loan in any state. You can go to your AG's website or Dept that handles the licensing of these types of companies to double check. But I am willing to go out there and say, No, they are not licensed in your state. Others from your state have come on here to find the same.

Steelers is right. ameriloan is affilated with MTE Financial dba Rio Resources and they run and hide from the laws in most states. Contact your state Attorney Generals office and complain. Best Wishes Kyside38

I got and loan with them back in late 2005. I didnt know at that time they werent licensed in IN. I got an email from them after I defaulted on it told me I owed 390.00 on a 300.00 loan. Had already paid back 270.00. After finding out about this site I sent them letters certified mail saying I wasnt paying them anymore then I borrowed and that I would pay the balance of 30.00. They sent me a settlement email saying that they would settle for 120.00. I emailed them back and said no way I was paying another 120.00 on a loan that wasnt licensed in my state. The email said they would stop all debiting on my account. Amazingly they did.
