There are a few companies that consolidate payday loans. If you would post what state you live in, who the loans are with, the amount borrowed, and the amount you've paid so far for each loan we can give you some good advice on how to handle them.

Take quotes from each company and know about the repayment plan. Sign with that company that gets you the lowest interest rate from your lender and waives off most the late fees. Check with your AG if there are any complaints against the company you sign with.

Hi Marilyn. Welcome to the forum. First, are they licensed in your state? If they are licensed in your state, they have to go by your state laws. If they aren't licensed in your state, then more than likely they are operating illegally. To find out what your state laws are and to see if they're licensed in your state, go to this site:

Since you are registered, you will be contacted shortly by a debt counselor who will go over your options with you. Good luck.

You just need to be patient and it will take a little work on your part, but you will get there. Take the time to read through the forums and see what others have done. I have not had a store front and am in NC, but I can tell you that many others have and have gotten themselves out of their situations and there are some that are still working on it a little at a time. Just don't get discouraged.
