we had a company called everprivatecard.com debit my account twice and they got their money the second time and the overdraft fee of 35.00 from my account. my son the same company tired to get the money from his account and set his account into overdraft three times, 35.00 each time. we would like our money back.

We are not that company, you will need to call your bank or financial institution to find out who these folks are that debited your account. This is a forum, where we advise each other on getting out of debt. If you find out who the company is and you come back and let us know, maybe some one has had personal experience and can help you out. please call you bank and get the details on everprivatecard.com from them, they should have something there if they let them debit your account. Also, have you tried to google the name everprivatecard.com, you may get some information there also.
