What can be done about "United Cash Loans" who keep taking money from my account, and they have been paid off.
What makes it so bad is it causes my
account to go negative, from their removal of funds causing my other accounts to bounce, costing me $35.00
every time.My bank said there is nothing they can do, much less the
law. Please help me with this.
Thank you and have a great day*

BJ

You can send them a letter revoking authorization to debit your account. I would also go back down to the bank with a copy of your contract, and show the bank that you paid back the loan, and this company is continuing to debit your account. Tell them that this is NOT authorized. The bank has to allow you to dispute the transactions.

UnitedCash loans were sneaky....they had stopped bothering me for a while and then not too long ago they snuck a check through my account, without my authorization!!! Waiting for that final bank statment to come in so I can send a copy of that check to my AG. Since it was a paper check, according to the bank, there was nothing they could do. So just watch them

sinfulfanny, what state are you in? Do you have any documentation stating your account is paid off? I am currently fighting with United Cash Loans as well. I would recommend closing that account and opening another to avoid getting hit with all those fees. However if they are paid off the bank should be able to assist you in recovering these funds.
