wrong info on applying

Just cancel the loan... You don't want to be involved w/ PDL companies. If they didn't give you any money, then whats the big deal?

I did take the laon out, I am in default now.

I believe they are just trying to scare you...You are in default and they have no way of embarassing you by calling your references so they are going to try to scare you...Are these internet loans? How much did you borrow and from whom? How much have you paid them?

GFS called me and said that they will put my references in jail, as well as my boss. I said cool, hopefully we can all share the same cell!

LOL they never threatened to call my references but that is okay because once I decided I could no longer pay, One had already moved to a new state, one had their phone turned off ebcause they were behind on bills and I had the wrong number for the other one and didnt know it til about a month ago!

Same with me,
I think my references had worse credit than I did--and I know I had wrong phone numbers for them!
