Ok, I've been a stranger again, I'm sorry! :(

Things have been very stressful and very hectic.

BUT.....Many of you know I had interviewed previously for a supervisor postition here at Priceline...That position went to a lady named Tonia, who's been here like FOREVER, so it was much deserved.

A second position opened up..I again interviewed.
annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd.....I got it! YAY! :)

I am going to be a Customer Care supervisor. I'm still working evenings. *gag* But I'm making another $1.00/hr, better insurance, and best of all....SUPERVISORS DON'T TAKE CALLS..hehe

I'm training next week, and then I'll be at it. I'll have my team of agents to take care of. I'm excited. :)

So hopefully things will calm down, soon. :)


Hey guys! I've been a stranger again! :)

I got through training, and am back to nights. Blahhhhh....I'm used to it now though.

My TEAM however....I'm convinced I got all the agents no one else wanted. They're all lousy. I have to sit with a couple of them tonight and retrain them. This is my first official week, but after this week, I'm going to start getting the "Why do your agents suck?" questions. My answer to THAT would be "Because some idiot hired them."

We had someone apply yesterday that I interviewed that answered on her quiz:
Q: Which state is NOT on the East coast...
A: Massachussets. (GAHHHH!)

and my favorite:
Q: Name 5 of the 22 states WEST of the mississippi.
she left this one blank.

This lady will NOT be working for Priceline.....lol
