Hey guys, seems cashnetusa has got it all worked out to swindle states where payday loans are prohibited. Pa prohibits, so I filed a complaint on all the companies that I had payday loans with. Got various results, some good, some not so good. I got the reply from the AG's office on cashnetusa yesterday. The sent a letter to the AG's office stating they extend their services to Pa residents under Nevada law, they don't physically have an office in Pa, so they are not breaking any laws. This is just one way to get around lending practice laws. The AG's office accepted this, so I guess I have to also.

Internet Consumer Lending-Out of State Company
Letter states that an out-of-state company is not required to be licensed pursuant to the CDCA in order to extend consumer loans to Pennsylvania residents from an internet site, provided that the company is licensed under its home state law to make such loans and does not have a physical presence of any kind in Pennsylvania.

Fedup-check this out because they told me that their location is in Chicago...so if their home state law should be Chicago's right? I would find out where exactly their home state is(NEvada seems like a logical choice to choose since they are outrageous with the PDL's...) But I am about to have the same problem with you with Cashnet so maybe we can help each other out on this one...I will see what I can find

There you go, send them what you can. I hate it when they are like that. It is there outrageous intrest that puts you in the hole, you pay and pay and get nowhere and then they act like you owe them your left arm once you get in a jam. This one was especially mean, never got a descent person on the phone. Sometimes I would hang up and call back but that didn't even work. I am glad to be done with them. Goodluck.
