United Cashe Loans are a pain in the tush and they are sneaky.
As far as these people working with you, some people have had some success and others haven't. If you haven't already, close out your account if you can. That will keep them from debiting your account.
Since I am not too familiar with Indiana's laws, someone will be along that can help you with that. Hang in there though. There is light at the end of the tunnel!

Authorized Pay Day is paid off (as of this past Friday). I forgot about that one when I posted this.
The information on the rest is:
GFS: Original loan amount was $300, I've paid $315 in renewal fees and $200 on the loan, and still owe them $100.
Loan Shop: $200, $415 paid in renewal fees
Premier Processing: $200, $360 paid in renewal fees
Loan Point USA: $200, $120 paid in renewal fees
United Cash Loans: $200, the first $60.00 renewal fee did not clear the bank so now they want me to pay them $350.00 which they said they would let me pay $290.00 in one payment to pay if off.
I really want to stay away from closing my bank account. I rely heavily on for my direct deposit and other bills. I had to close out a previous bank account due to a negative balance, so there is really no where else to go for an account!

Well if you don't want to close your bank account, GFS will probably be a problem. They will not work out payment plans with you and will continue to try to debit your account. If they get a returned item, they will submit a paper check (sometimes up to 5 the same day) for the amount. They are very shady
GFS is supposed to be withdrawing the last $100 from my account
GFS is supposed to be withdrawing the last $100 from my account this Friday 04/27. I would really like to contact them about this first. Any number I've used before to contact them is not working, so now I'm stuck with them taking the money (which may not be there in the first place due to other loans withdrawing fees).
Do you have this in writng from GFS??? Because if you don't have
Do you have this in writng from GFS??? Because if you don't have it in writing, you are going to be in for a surprise.
