have renewed 5 times @ $200 each then two others payong down extra 10% each time
united cash loans - $500 - balance is $300
have renewed 5 times @ $150 plus 4 others adding $50 principal
cashnet usa $750 - remewed once at $193
checkngo - $1500 - have donw nothing here, closed acct
e-payday-loan - $400 - closed acct before initial renewal
quickest cash advance - $300 - closed acct before initial renewal
ezloans by .net -$300 - renewed twice at $75, the 2nd one came thru 1 week after initial renewal, even though should have been at elast 2 weeks, I called and emailed trying to determine why this happened and no one would response, this prompted me to close my bank acct since they were pulling money whenever they wished
national opportunity - $300 - renewed once
arrowhead investments -$300 - renewed once
payday loan yes - $300 - renewed once

any advice would be GREATLY appreciated, I am so thankful I found this website. Are T&C or Langhorne good to work with, or am I better trying to do this on my own?
Thank You all in Advance

Hi..Welcome to the site. As long as all of your loans are internet, which they seem to be, then you've made the right first step.
As far as T&C, a lot of people on this site have had success with them.
I have to admit, I'm not a pdl guru either, a year and a half ago I took care of 6 of them with the help and hand-holding of people on this site. Someone will come along who knows their stuff, though. What I can tell you is this..It will get better, there is a light, I promise.
In the meantime, I will also bump this..

If you go to wwww.paydayloaninfo.org and click on your state, they will list your laws, then you would just need to see how much principle and interest is allowed in your state to see if any of these are paid off, or to see what you legally owe per your state. I also recommend that you contact these lenders and try to negotiate payment arrangements if you do owe them anything(i am having trouble trying to determine what you are actually paying on them by your wording)Arrowhead and United cashloans are going to be difficult to deal with

Most internet payday loan companies are not licensed to operate in many states. See if these compnaies are first, licensed to operate where you live, second, are they licensed to collect in your state. Personally, if it were me, and found that they are operating illegally in anyway, screw 'em. They also are bound by law to how much they can charge you in fees and such. If they violate the laws in your state in regards to the amount they say you owe, screw em' again. If they allowed you to roll over these loans, which surpass the times allowed in your state, screw em' a third time. This is how I would behave, so go on your own intuition. Bottom line: If they are operating illegally, in anyway, they will not want a lot of attention brought to light, so screw em'.
Update
here is more info on what I have paid
I am having a hard time following what the law actually allows in Tx
cash transfer centers was a $1500 loan, I have paid them back at least $3200 in renewal fees
americash advance was a $1000 loan, I have paid back a total of $1380 on this one
united cash loans was a $500 loan, I have paid back
around $1200
cashnetusa was a $750 loan, I have only paid $193
checkngo - $1500 loan, nothing paid back yet
e-payday-loan - $400 loan, nothing paid yet
quickest cash advance - $300 loan, nothing paid yet
exloansby.Net - $300 loan, paid $150 so far
national opportunity - $300 loan, paid $75 so far
arrowhead investments - $300 loan, paid $90 so far
i am assuming cash transfer centers, americash advance, and united cash loans I should quote my state laws regarding allowed interest, etc and ask for paid in full, the others I will be asking for payment arrangements to pay them off
Since rollovers aren't permitted, all the companies that allowed

Since rollovers aren't permitted, all the companies that allowed you to only pay the fee are breaking the law. The ones making you pay off the loan completly, then allow you to immediatly reborrow are following the law (as far as rollovers are concerned).
You need to check on the licensing status of each company. Most of them will not be licensed. If any are licensed, you should concentrate on setting up payment arrangements with them (if you legally still owe) first. The unlicensed ones can't really do anything but harrass you, so don't worry about them until you are done with the legal ones.
It's up to you wether you want to go with a company to consolidate these loans, or work on them yourself. If you want to do it yourself it takes a thick skin, a bit of time and energy, and some patience. If you have all that, I'd do it myself. You've already done the first step, closing your bank account. Next I'd recommend reading through some of the threads on this site and get yourself educated about what these companies commonly do to collect, and what you can expect. Most of the companies you are dealing with are mentioned quite a bit on this site. Write letters to each telling them that according to TX law you only owe $xx, you've paid $xx, and you only owe $xx (or that you've overpaid and should be marked paid in full). If you still owe money to them, offer a payment plan you can afford.
Since rollovers aren't permitted, all the companies that you've been paying "fees" to, that money should be going to principle.
