Need help in dealing with the pdl companies

I need an address for GFSIL and DMS. I would also like an email and fax number if possible. I got the Indiana State info from your website a few days ago and am going to send them a letter. I also have one with Payday Service, has anyone heard of them? I have one at Quick Cash that I was loaned $500.00 and have paid $625 back. How much more would I owe them? I am in a mess and trying to figure out which ones I still owe money to and which ones I have paid way too much!!! Thanks for any help you can give me.
