You have paid what you owe to this company so I recommend you send them a letter via mail(CRR) telling them that they no longer have the right to debit your account, and that you demand they mark your account paid in full. Tell them you are filing a complaing with the NC AG, and then do file a complaint with the NC AG. THey may continue to try and debit your account, I would recommend closing that account and opening a new one to regain financial control...
