To answer your last question, there is no one single phone number you can call to find out the names and amounts owed to all of your creditors.

What you can do, however, is go to 'https://www.annualcreditreport.com/', and obtain a free copy of your credit report from all three reporting bureaus (Equifax, Transunion and Experian). This is free, once per year, and any time you have been denied credit.

Your credit report will give you the names and contact information of any creditors that have reported to the credit bureaus. However....if you have outstanding bills that have not been reported to the credit bureaus, they will not be shown on your report. You will need to go back through any unopened mail you have received, and start organizing the bills so you know what you owe, and to who.
