I would recommend closing your bank account as the first step. Check with your bank about their policy on ach transactions going through once an account is closed. Some banks will force the account back open. Make sure that the bank doesn't do this, and if they do, ask that a block of all ach transactions is put on the account.

Next you need to check on the licensing status of each company. Odds are that cashnetusa is legally licensed, but the others probably aren't. If that is correct, then I would work out a payment plan with cashnetusa.

Can you list how much you borrowed/paid back so far in fees for each loan?

Love your avatar!! Also, our friend needs to revoke any and all voluntary wage garnishments that may have been signed before getting the loans with their payroll departments. I would do this in writing and would verify that it was received by them.
Now based on what I know of PDL's, I would guess that CashOne, which is a storefront on the West Coast, is also probably licensed in Arizona, but this needs to be confirmed.
