Hi! I am trying to send out letters and can't get an address for GFSIL and DMS. Can anyone help me? I really would like to email these and mail them so that I can't these phone calls stopped. Thanks for your input, Mel

GFSIL phone - 800-865-3704. Their fax number is 877-280-2330 / 877-280-3359.

GFSIL
1005 TERMINAL WAY
SUITE 110
RENO
NV 8950

Also, I don't mean to be rude or anything, I can tell you need this info asap, but if you could keep things to one thread it's very helpful. When the same question is posted on several different threads it makes it hard to follow and can get confusing. Thanks!

That's understandable . . . . Most of us have been where you are. If you want to post more about your situation, we may be able to provide some more advice.

What state are you in? Who all have you borrowed from/how much/ how much have you paid back in fees?

From the sounds of things you need to send these places a cease and desist contact at work letter asap. Tell them you will only communicate through mail.

direneed.....you aren't the only one. DMS was calling me and my coworkers every ten minutes a few weeks ago. With the help of a couple wonderful people here like goudah I finally got them to stop calling my work but they still email me at least once a day. I completely understand how you feel. You have to get really aggressive with DMS to get them to stop calling your work. They were calling my coworkers and telling them they are now labeling me a "runner." Today they sent me an email saying I have been writing them bad checks.

Thanks, I appreciate your help. I had gotten on last week and everyone is so helpful, I'm just not very familiar with sites like these and I have been trying to piece together the information to send them a letter. I have one typed up because I know I have over paid on some and then I was also going to send a cease and desist letter. I wasn't sure what info to put into that one. I live in Indiana. Here's my list
Payday Select - loaned $200 on 9/29/06 and I have paid $407.85
Paycheck Today loaned $200 on 3/2/07 and have repaid $120
GFSIl loaned $200 on 10/27/06 and have repaid $705
DMS loaned $300 on 10/27/06 and have repaid $1,062.50
PDay Service loaned $200 on 11/3/06 and have repaid $590
QuickCash loaned $500 on 11/28/06 and have repaid $625
Northway Credit loaned $1500 4/2/07 and haven't repaid yet
Interim Cash loaned $200 on 3/21/07 and have repaid !60

Any advice would be appreciated, I am lost!! My husband and I are divorcing now and I don't have the income to carry these. I am trying to get them worked out but so far no one wants to work with me, they all want them paid in full.

You will find the Payday loan laws for Indiana here (just select your state),

In Indiana they cannot rollover loans. So all the fees that you've been paying every few weeks should be going to principle.

It looks like you still owe Paycheck Today, Northway Credit, and Interim Cash. I would try to set up a payment plan with them, although they probably will tell you no. Just send them whatever you can afford each month. It's not like they will refuse money.

Let's see, I refused to communicate with them by phone. They kept calling and every time they called I emailed them and told them that they were breaking the law by calling me repeatedly at work when I told them not to. I told them in email, I have received your various emails and phone calls, including the most recent call where you told my boss that I am a runner. In fact, I have not run from anything. Your email states that I have ignored you with silence, false promises, or outright refusal. This is incorrect. I have not ignored your attempts to contact me at all. In fact, I have responded promptly to all correspondence I have received. I have already asked that I not be contacted at work and you have violated that. Legally you are not allowed to contact me at work if I ask you not to do so. Please do not attempt to contact me by telephone. I have told you this numerous times. I CANNOT ACCEPT PERSONAL PHONE CALLS AT MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT!!!!!! IT IS ILLEGAL FOR YOU TO CALL ME AT WORK IF I ASK YOU NOT TO!
After I told them this about 5 times they finally stopped calling my work. I really had to get a$$y with them but they started it!!!

I believe DMS and GFSIL are different as far as I know.

Can anyone tell me also, how much should I pay these companies back? For example on my Paycheck Today loan: I borrowed $200 and have paid them $120. What else should I send them because I don't want to overpay anymore of these companies!!
