Oh My God are you kidding me??? Send her an email back and tell her that due to the fact that she sent the same email to mass people whose addresses you now have that you recognize the email as a form letter that is widley ciculated by their company.....

OMG I am going to say that!!!!!!! There are at least 300 email addresses. I stopped counting at 250!!!!!! I hate this place so much. At least I am not the only one.

Disclosing private information to the public is against the law. You have to file a complaint with their states attorney general as well as yours. If you can find them I would sue them big time. I think you could find a lawyer on naca.com that would take this on a contingency basis. This is UNBELIEVABLE!

Thanks frogpatch! I will totally do that. I was going to write them back with the laws and copy all those people. What do you think? It is totally unbelievable. Should I mention in the email how they violated my privacy? Would I be just as bad if I copied all these people to prove my point to DMS?

Sassy,If you could pm me a copy of the letter I might have a more concise direction in laws being violated.

You might get charged with spamming. I would keep a low profile, gather all my evidence and hit them with everything you have and don't quit. They deserve to be shut down for good. Let us know your progress please.

Ok, I don't want to get charged with spamming. Now don't get me wrong, there was nothing personal in the email since it was a form letter but now my work email is out there for all of the world to see. That really upsets me. I know that I never should have used that address in the first place.

Alright Sassy,I got your letter. Since there is no financial information or private information,it limits us a little bit. I have a pdf I am going to send you by email that explains federal law violations that could occur while a person is online. The quotes I am posting here come from it:

I just don't like my email being all over the world. I bet that email was sent to no less than 400 people now that I look at it closer.
